Order Cancellation Policy

At DRD4 we understand that sometimes plans change. That’s why we offer the option to cancel your order under the following conditions:

Cancellation Window

• You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

Late Cancellations

• If your order has already been processed or shipped, we will be unable to cancel it. In this case, you may wait to receive your order and follow our return process if needed.

How to Request a Cancellation

• To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@drd4.es including your order numberand the full name used during checkout.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

• If your cancellation meets the conditions above, we will process your refund within [3 to 5 business days], depending on the payment method used.
